  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for searing)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. If searing, heat a skillet and add olive oil. Sear chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the chicken into the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s well-coated.
