- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for searing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for garnish)

Instructions
- If searing, heat a skillet and add olive oil. Sear chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken into the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is easy to shred.
- Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
