  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream (480 milliliters)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (100 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese (100 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning (5 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the venison to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
