Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe small bites onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Spray churro bites with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then toss the churro bites in the mixture while they’re warm.
Notes
Serve warm for the best texture. Experiment with different sizes of churro bites for variety.
