- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 oz Boursin cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese (for garnish, if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss with Boursin cheese until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding a touch of lemon juice before serving or experimenting with chili flakes for some heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
