Description

A gourmet side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with rich Boursin cheese for an irresistible flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese (for garnish, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss with Boursin cheese until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding a touch of lemon juice before serving or experimenting with chili flakes for some heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
