- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
- Trim both ends off the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and black pepper to the bowl, tossing until the green beans are fully coated.
- Pour the green beans onto the prepared baking pan, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Roast the green beans for 15-20 minutes, adjusting time based on desired doneness.
- For a zesty finish, squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
