- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, try adding chili flakes or smoked paprika. For a healthier option, substitute olive oil with avocado oil.
