- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to evenly coat the potatoes.
- Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, dry the potatoes thoroughly before mixing with seasonings. To elevate flavor, try adding fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
