Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and French onion dip. Pour over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

Consider browning the meatballs in a skillet before crockpot cooking for added flavor. Adjust onion soup mix according to taste preference.
