Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons and mix the lemon juice with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the lemon marinade over the chicken.
