Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and distribute the chicken mozzarella mixture evenly among them.
- Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, then roll the tortillas tightly.
- Lightly spray the outside of the wraps with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, add spices like paprika or crushed red pepper to the chicken mixture. Experiment with different vegetables to suit your taste.
