Instructions

- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
