Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers with a mandoline, food processor, or knife.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place the cucumber slices and dressing in a mixing bowl and toss gently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
