Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine the oats, dark chocolate chips, almond milk, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
