- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
For perfect eggs, use slightly older eggs and try an ice bath for easier peeling. Adjust seasoning to taste.
