Description

A nostalgic dessert with layers of chocolate cake, pudding, and crushed Oreos, resembling dirt yet tasting heavenly.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup hot fudge
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 package crushed Oreos
  • Optional: gummy worms for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions and allow it to cool fully.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large serving dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the hot fudge and chocolate pudding until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the chocolate mixture over the crumbled cake, followed by a layer of crushed Oreos.
  5. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, ending with whipped Cool Whip and extra crushed Oreos on top.
  6. For decoration, add gummy worms if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, allow the cake to chill longer than one hour. Experiment with different pudding flavors for a fun twist.
