- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Whipped topping and chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese using an electric mixer. Beat on medium-high speed until the mixture is well blended, light, and fluffy.
- Fold the thawed whipped topping into the peanut butter blend using a silicone spatula. Mix until no white streaks remain.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight, allowing it to set properly.
- Serve chilled, topped with additional whipped topping and chopped peanuts if desired.
Notes
For a richer peanut butter flavor, consider increasing the peanut butter by a tablespoon or two.
