  • 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • Whipped topping and chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese using an electric mixer. Beat on medium-high speed until the mixture is well blended, light, and fluffy.
  2. Fold the thawed whipped topping into the peanut butter blend using a silicone spatula. Mix until no white streaks remain.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight, allowing it to set properly.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with additional whipped topping and chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

For a richer peanut butter flavor, consider increasing the peanut butter by a tablespoon or two.
