- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Combine the chicken breasts, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a crockpot.
- Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce.
- Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Consider adding red pepper flakes or chopped green onions before serving for extra flavor.
