Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken breasts, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a crockpot.
  2. Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
