A comforting and versatile dessert made with layers of creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Nilla wafers.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 package of Nilla wafers
  • Optional: crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding mix according to package instructions, using the cold milk.
  2. In a large bowl, fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
  4. In a rectangular dish, layer the ingredients starting with Nilla wafers, then banana slices, and finally the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding mix.
  6. Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers and additional banana slices, if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For optimal sweetness, use ripe bananas. You can also crush additional Nilla wafers for added texture.
