- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend (shredded)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Instructions
- Begin by mixing the shredded chicken with ranch dressing in a bowl until well coated.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, layering it with a generous portion of the Mexican cheese blend.
- Add the chicken mixture on top, then sprinkle another layer of cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges.
Notes
Serve with extra ranch dressing, salsa, or guacamole for dipping. Experiment with different cheeses and add vegetables for variety.
