Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a crock pot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
  2. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and can be shredded easily.
  4. Shred the chicken and stir in the cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  5. Serve topped with green onions.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in ranch dressing for a few hours before cooking. Adjust cream cheese for desired creaminess.
