- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a crock pot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
- Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and can be shredded easily.
- Shred the chicken and stir in the cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
- Serve topped with green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in ranch dressing for a few hours before cooking. Adjust cream cheese for desired creaminess.
