Description

A simple and flavorful dish made with eggs, cooked rice, and mixed vegetables that brings comfort to every meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Scramble the eggs and cook until just set, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and soy sauce, and stir-fry until heated through.
  5. Stir the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, season your eggs lightly with salt or pepper before scrambling. Use high heat during cooking for best results.
