- 1 large head of cauliflower

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.
- Grill or roast the cauliflower steaks for about 6-8 minutes per side, until they are crispy, tender, and caramelized.
- Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
Notes
Consider marinating the cauliflower in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes prior to cooking for deeper flavor. Feel free to experiment with different spices.
