  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: Sour cream, shredded cheese, diced avocado, cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground venison over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, broth, and taco seasoning.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
