Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.

- Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serve.
Notes
Consider toasting the pecans for enhanced flavor. Allowing the bars to cool completely before slicing will help them hold their shape.
