- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze, then spread it over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
