Description

Delicious no-bake chocolatey treats made with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and graham crackers, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in mini marshmallows.
  4. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.

Notes
