Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice, and ground cinnamon.
