A stunning and savory cream cheese log with Mediterranean flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mixed green and black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peppadew peppers or roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with chopped olives, peppers, shredded cheese, parsley, and garlic (if using) until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log, packing tightly. Wrap the plastic wrap securely around the log.
  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld and the log to firm up.
  4. Unwrap and place the log on a serving board. Garnish with reserved toppings and fresh rosemary.
  5. Serve with crostini, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
