Ingredients

- 2 Cucumbers
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 8 slices Whole wheat bread
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly.
- Combine cream cheese, chopped fresh dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the cream cheese mixture.
