Delicious flourless brownies made with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist on a classic dessert.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then gently stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of espresso powder. You can also sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking.
