Delicious flourless brownies made with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist on a classic dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then gently stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a pinch of espresso powder. You can also sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking.
