- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the zucchinis into thick slices or quarters for skewering.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the zucchini pieces onto the skewers.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and slightly charred.

Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the skewers before serving. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
