A delightful and simple dish combining tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and fresh spinach, infused with aromatic garlic.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli florets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender.
- Add the fresh spinach and continue to sauté until wilted.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add soy sauce and lemon juice if using, and toss everything together.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes when sautéing garlic. You can also substitute different vegetables or add tofu for a vegetarian version.
