- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by measuring and shredding the cheeses.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with seasoning for about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess grease, then stir in cheddar until melted.
- Flatten the biscuit dough, fill with beef mixture, and seal tightly.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with parmesan and garlic powder, then brush on the bombs after baking.
Notes
Customize with different cheeses or add veggies like onions or jalapeños. Freeze uncooked bombs for easy meals later.
