- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush each halibut fillet with olive oil on both sides.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top side of each fillet.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

Use fresh parsley for best flavor and consider trying different breadcrumb types, such as panko, for extra crunch.
