Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush each halibut fillet with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top side of each fillet.
