Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
Notes
For a kick, add red pepper flakes or fresh herbs like thyme or parsley before serving.
