Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned.

- Add the orzo pasta and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
