  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chia seeds (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) shredded coconut (optional ) (7 grams)

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of frozen peaches in a food processor or grater.
  2. Grate or process the peaches until they have a coarse, icy texture.
  3. Transfer the grated peaches to a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey over the peaches.
