- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt (120 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cinnamon (1 gram)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts (15 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chia seeds (15 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) shredded coconut (optional ) (7 grams)
Instructions
- Place 1 cup of frozen peaches in a food processor or grater.
- Grate or process the peaches until they have a coarse, icy texture.
- Transfer the grated peaches to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey over the peaches.
- Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to the bowl.
- Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over the yogurt.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts on top.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds evenly over the mixture.
