Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, incorporate fresh herbs like parsley or dill. Adjust the dressing to taste if it’s too tangy.
