Ingredients

- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture, pour the dressing over, and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Reserve some of the feta cheese and olives for garnishing to enhance presentation. Experiment with additional ingredients for personalized flavor.
