Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small, uniform meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges.
Notes
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes before baking for enhanced flavor. Feel free to add crushed red pepper for spice.
