Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in the bell peppers and seasonings (paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper).
- Cook until the peppers are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
