Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • Rice, lettuce wraps, or taco shells for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and seasonings (paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper).
  5. Cook until the peppers are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve the turkey mixture over rice, in lettuce wraps, or in taco shells.

Notes

Experiment with additional vegetables like zucchini or corn for more variety. Adjust spices to taste.
