  • 2 cups beef broth (480 ml)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (240 ml)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 12 oz egg noodles (340 g)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground venison to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Season the venison with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  7. Sprinkle flour over the meat and mushrooms, stirring to combine.
  8. Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  9. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
  10. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  11. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until well combined.
