Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cooked brown rice (or quinoa), taco seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
