Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until vegetables are tender and the top is golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.

Notes
