Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low-fat Cool Whip
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin and add one Oreo thin to each liner.
  2. Beat the softened fat-free cream cheese until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
  3. Add in the salt, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt, continuing to beat until well combined.
  4. Pour in the crushed Oreo thins and mix well.
  5. Fold in the thawed low-fat Cool Whip until all ingredients combine seamlessly.
  6. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner, and top with crushed Oreos if desired.
  7. Freeze for at least three hours before serving.
