Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter with sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
- Gently fold in the diced apples.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, swirling it into the batter.
- Add the remaining batter and repeat the cinnamon swirl.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
