- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet, and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
- Add the cooked rice and mixed vegetables to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Using cold, leftover rice helps achieve better texture. Feel free to customize the vegetables and proteins to your preference.
