- 1 lb potatoes (cubed)

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef pieces and cubed potatoes.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Pour beef broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
