Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef pieces and cubed potatoes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  5. Pour beef broth over everything.
