Ingredients

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and kosher salt.
- Place over medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Allow the balsamic mixture to come to a boil and cook for 4-5 more minutes until it reduces by half.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a container safe from the heated sauce.
- Let cool and refrigerate.
Notes
Taste the glaze as you go and adjust sugar or salt based on your preference. For a thicker glaze, cook it longer.
