Instructions

- Slowly whisk in milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
- Lower heat and add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Notes
For variations, try using different cheeses like Gruyère or adding cayenne pepper for some heat. If the sauce is too thick, thicken it out with milk.
